Check-in/out Policy

Guests are permitted to check in as early as 4:00 pm the day of arrival. If guests need to request an earlier check-in time, please email thelodgeluxurysuites@gmail.com to see if that is possible. Smart locks on each suite and main entrance will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number that the guest has on their profile.

Checkout time is 10:00am, if guests need to request a late check out time, please email thelodgeluxurysuites@gmail.com to see if that is possible.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

50% Refund: Available for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in.

No Refund: For cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

No Smoking Policy

The Lodge maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all our suites and public areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $250. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning and smoke removal, ensuring that future guests enjoy a smoke-free environment.

Our staff will determine if the smoking policy has been violated based on evidence such as smoke odor, ash, or other smoking indicators within the room or hotel areas. Their assessment is final and will be used as the basis for any charges.

Pet Policy

The Lodge enforces a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises, including guest rooms and common areas. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine and the pet must vacate the property immediately.

Exclusion: Service Animals We recognize and respect the important role of service animals. Service animals are exempt from this policy and are welcome to accompany their owners throughout the hotel. Guests with service animals are required to inform the front desk at check-in.
