Forest

Check-in/out Policy

There is no formal check-in/out process. Smart locks on each suite and main entrance will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number on your reservation. After-staffed hours begin at 6:00 pm, our on-call staff is available through text or call beyond this time.

Guests are permitted to check in as early as 4:00 pm EST the day of arrival. An option to reserve an early check-in for 2:00 pm is available when booking. If guests need to request an earlier check-in time, please email thelodgeluxurysuites@gmail.com to see if that is possible.  Check-out time is 10:00 am EST. An option to reserve a late check-out for 11:30 am is available when booking. If guests need to request a later check-out time, please email thelodgeluxurysuites@gmail.com to see if that is possible. 

If guests arrive before 4:00 pm without contacting staff or adding an early check-in at time of booking, a $50 charge will be added to the guest's reservation. If guests check-out past 10:00 am without contacting staff or adding a late check-out at time of booking, a $50 charge will be added to the guest's reservation.
 

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

50% Refund: Available for cancellations up to 21 days before check-in.

No Refund: For cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date.

No Smoking Policy

The Lodge maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all our suites and public areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $250. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning and smoke removal, ensuring that future guests enjoy a smoke-free environment.

Our staff will determine if the smoking policy has been violated based on evidence such as smoke odor, ash, or other smoking indicators within the room or hotel areas. Their assessment is final and will be used as the basis for any charges.

Pet Policy

The Lodge enforces a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises, including guest rooms and common areas. Violation of this policy will result in a  $250 fine and the pet must vacate the property immediately.

Exclusion: Service Animals We recognize and respect the important role of service animals. Service animals are exempt from this policy and are welcome to accompany their owners throughout the hotel. Guests with service animals are required to inform the front desk at check-in.

For the comfort of all our guests, service animals must be well-behaved and under control at all times. Any damage caused by a service animal will be the responsibility of the owner.
